Had a fantastic stay with my friends! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the nearby Appalachian State campus and checking out the Wild West theme park with its coal-fired steam engine. The staff was friendly, and the hotel offered all the amenities we needed for a fun getaway. Just a heads up, the hot water had some issues during our visit, but everything else was great.

One downside was that we had lukewarm water for our showers. We were told the hot water would improve later in the day, which was a bit frustrating given the time we spent waiting.
